A silver (tested )pencil from a chatelaine or albert watch chain. There is a striking honeycomb pattern of bright cutting on the outer sleeve. It extends by pulling and closes with a push- is quite stiff to work but is getting easier with every use.
The propelling pin is working but there are no leads for it.
It is completely unmarked.
