A silver filigree spool knave fitted with a removable silver reel. The back of the clip has some silver marks most likely Austrian as one of the marks is a number 13 (13 Loths?)
There is old damage but the repair was well done -a small section of the filigree has been replaced using a slightly thicker gauge of silver wirework than the original. (see last photo)
