A very attractive posy holder / tussie mussie in silver filigree lacework with blue enamel highlights. The handle is in the form of a fish with the petal holder in its mouth.
The finger ring and flower spike are the originals
It is in very good condition with only the occasional tiny bit of enamel lacking. However there is a small loss to the tip of one shaped 'petal'- see last photo.
