A silver filigree thimble dating from the late 18th to the early 19th century. It has a good proportion of filigree to silver and has the original owner's initials in monogram -possibly BW?
The thimble is in excellent condition (no needle holes in the top section) and comes in an old leather thimble case.
NB. It is a stand alone thimble and not part of a combination piece.
