A good quality, engraved sterling silver pen /pencil combo. The piece extends and twists to move the pencil section whereas the nib holder is on a slider.
There are no leads but the mechanism is working. It is stamped AD (possibly Arthur Downing) and 'sterling' on the extending piece of plain silver.
No damage or repair.
