A large glass inkwell from a Tunbridge inkstand where the round recess for the ink bottle sits in the middle. The rounded base has an outside diameter of 4cm and is just under 1cm deep. The base is concave so it could sit over a raised disc as long as that was under 3cm in diameter and less than 0.5cm deep.
The lid is loose fitting and has the original varnished finish.
6.5cm high overall. The lid's diameter is 5cm.
