A small, engraved silver vinaigrette. The lid is engraved with leaves and a zigzag border. The back of the lid is marked 'IT' probably for Joseph Taylor and there is a hole made in the centre so the perfume from the sponge could escape. The base contains a bit of sponge and is marked 'sterling'. c1780-1815
