A cream celluloid notebook in imitation of carved ivory. The front cover is heat impressed with a cameo of a pug dog? on a wooded path and bordered with leaves. The back cover has a trellis design with leaves and the same border as the front. Inside is a thick notepad of thin fawn coloured paper. The hinge is red velvet and it has a pencil.
Inside there is a pencil inscription 'Harry Collins Bill Book 1891'. It looks unused except for a missing front page.
