A pair of steel scissors with finely made handles and finger rings. The cutler's mark is inside each blade but is a shape rather than a name and is hard to make out. There is a title stamped on the steel which reads 'Elite'.
There is a little rust near the rivet on one side but otherwise they are in good condition and do cut.
