An early Tunbridge Ware needle book using triangles of wood on a rosewood base to create a geometric pattern. The hinge is now rather worn red velvet and it is slotted to take the red ribbon tie.
Inside the cloth for the needles has a few moth holes but is in reasonable condition.
There is no damage but the mosaic is no longer close fitting.
