A pair of mini silver riding boots complete with spurs! They are Continental, probably Dutch, made to cover the points of old steel knitting needles. There are tiny silver marks on the rings soldered to the sides of the boots. c 1860.
Each boot measures 3 x 2 cm and are joined by a 25 cm long silver chain.
In good condition.
NB. There is a small dent which could be corrected by a silversmith as it is easily accessible.
