A pretty English silver thimble by Charles Horner of Chester in 1899. It has two patterns- a band of stars on a worked background with square dimpling above. It also has a star rim.
In excellent condition- there are no needle holes and the hall mark is clear.
English Size 10 which is for a small finger.
