A fine Tartan Ware visiting card case in the Stuart pattern and with a coloured image of Mary Queen of Scots taken from a painting by John Watson Gordon. The tight fitting lid just pulls off.
It is very good condition- no damage but with age related light pitting and linear marking in the varnished finish. (see photos)
