Post and Packing

Items posted to destinations within the UK are only fully insured if Special Delivery is chosen.
( £3.75 for 2nd class post / £5.15 Recorded Delivery / £9 for Special Delivery.

Overseas customers can choose from four options for small parcels-

1. Royal Mail uninsured, untracked 'no frills' airmail for  £15
2. Royal Mail tracked and insured (up to £50 not above).  £18
3. Royal Mail tracked and partially insured (only up to £250) for  £22
4. DHL expedited (4 working days to the US) tracked and fully insured up to £850  £50

***If you choose the cheaper shipping options then you must accept the risks involved- no refunds will be offered. I will have proof of postage but that is only useful if you have private insurance cover.***

DHL does not ship to a PO box number so please use a full address if using this option.

Any potential import charges / VAT charged by your country’s Customs department are your, the customer’s, responsibility but there will be none to pay up front at check out.

Layaways can be arranged.
Please email if a quote is needed to ship a large, heavy item.

Items are packed in a new cardboard box and well padded inside so rest assured your purchase will arrive in good condition. I aim to ship within two days but I have no control over actual delivery times so please be patient.
