Items posted to destinations within the UK are only fully insured if Special Delivery is chosen.
( £4 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 /  £10 for insured Special Delivery.

Overseas customers can choose between two options for small parcels-both are trackable.

1 Royal Mail tracked-no insurance cover =£18
2. Royal Mail tracked and partially insured (only up to £250) = £25

***More valuable items can be shipped fully insured by DHL - please email for a quote.

***If you choose the cheaper shipping option then you must accept the risks involved- no refunds will be offered. I will have proof of postage but that is only useful if you have private insurance cover.***

Any import charges ie. VAT / tariffs charged by your country’s Customs Department are the customer’s responsibility.

Layaways can be arranged.
Please email if a quote is needed to ship a large, heavy item.

Items are packed in a new cardboard box and will be well padded inside so rest assured your purchase will arrive in good condition. I aim to ship within two days but I have no control over actual delivery times so please be patient.
