A pair of hall marked silver shoe buckles rescued from the hands of a scrap dealer! c1780-1800. Hall marked for a London maker LP -Lewis Pantin III who worked at the end of the 18th century.
The base metal parts had been thrown away so I had the steel bars put in to make them usable for those interested in historical reenactments.
They are sold 'as found' - A/F ie. damaged and altered. Priced accordingly.
