A Tunbridge ware writing accessory-a round ruler for drawing horizontal lines by rolling it down the page. It's longer than most I've had at 27cm. The ends are fixed- one is a wax holder and the other should unscrew to reveal a pencil inside but it's stuck tight and on close inspection there are losses to the tesserae. (see last photo).
In fair condition-the inlay is all there and the varnished finish is intact but please note the above.
27cm long.
