A silver thimble made as a souvenir of the Great Exhibition in 1851. The pattern of the Crystal Palace is clearly defined and the text on the rim easily readable but it has three small holes in the side of the cap which needs removing and soldering back by a silversmith.
Priced reasonably bearing in mind the damage. See the last photo.
