A good example of a folding fruit knife made as a pocket knife for use on soft fruits. The silver is hall marked for Birmingham 1848 maker GU (George Unite). The pearl has raised beads around the edge and the silver spring cover is stepped and cross hatched.

8.5cm long closed

In very good condition-the blade opens and closes crisply and the pearl is undamaged. The nameplate is blank. However the blade might have been reshaped at its very tip-see last photos.
