Two small, all pearl sewing accessories- a tape measure and a double ended emery cushion. c 1830
The pearl tape has a blue ribbon which at first sight appears unprinted but under a glass it is possible to just see the now faded black numbers.
It is in excellent condition.
3.5 cm high x 1.5 cm in diameter.
The emery cushion is fitted with red velvet pads and was used to sharpen the needle rather than as a cushion for pins. It is possible to instantly tell the difference as emery cushions are surprisingly heavy.
It too is in excellent condition.
