An unusual silver thimble of the type that would have been in a Georgian red leather etui along with scissors, pin cushion basket, bodkin etc. The pattern includes flowers and shells-a strange mix but typical of the period. c 1835.
There are several fine needle holes in the side but it is priced accordingly.
