A three stud stock buckle in silver with assay and maker's marks. The silver is in good order with no repair. There is a score mark near the back of a stud but this doesn't go right through (see last photo).
The maker's mark-RC-is in italics and corresponds with a London silversmith called Richard Clarke who worked in the 1790s but is only listed as a watch case maker.
