A late 19th century porcelain thimble from the Worcester factory. This example has the 'blush ivory' finish and is hand painted with a robin.
There's no maker's mark inside as it is 19th century-the early 20th century Worcester ones have a purple stamp and mid 20thc ones a black.
Condition-one of the indents on the top is right on the edge and may have had a little needle damage - less than a millimeter. (see photos) The painting is perfect-the white blobs on the bird are paint!
