Two small pairs of scissors. The all steel pair is the older of the two circa 1870 probably for a child. The other pair has very small finger rings and would be unusable. This pair would have been made purely as a novelty or possibly an accessory for a doll. It has plated handles and is stamped 'Germany' c1900.
