An 18th century folding fruit knife with a pistol grip handle and silver scimitar shaped blade.
The sleeves are horn and the silver blade is stamped Wilks.
The silver spring cover is decorated with a zigzag and bird's foot design.
Condition- The horn is in good condition, the blade still opens with a decent spring to it and has not been damaged.
All but one of the silver rivet covers are missing and there is wear to the end of the silver spring and to the silver bolster. However it is an early, named knife.
