Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact me immediately upon receipt if there is a problem so we can discuss it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unless it was damaged in the post then please photograph it and keep any packing as it will help in making an insurance claim.

* Please note if you chose the no tracking / no insurance option at check out then there can be no refund given for loss or damage in the post.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To return your product, first contact me and then you should mail your item to the address given and marked as a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. I recommend that high priced items are covered by adequate insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of heart.
