A patent steel cored thimble called the 'Dreema' by Henry Griffith & Son Ltd c 1890. The Dreema was Henry Griffith's answer to Charles Horner's 'Dorcas'.
There are a few others with different names Little Dorcas, Junior Dorcas, Doris etc. It was originally more more expensive to buy than a hall marked silver one as it is impervious to the needle. They aren't silver plated rather made up of three thimble shapes with the steel one in the middle.
There are several names in the group- the most common you might come across is the Dorcas but others include the Little Dorcas, the London Dorcas, Doris and Dura.
This one is an English size 15 and is stamped Dreema and HG&S. Ltd. The addition of Limited dates it to between 1898 and 1912 however the later thimbles had a flatter top.
