A small Georgian silver filigree case-possibly a vinaigrette originally but it would work as a pill box.
It is stamped on the base IT -the initials of a Birmingham silversmith named Joseph Taylor whose mark has appeared on other filigree pieces. c1815.
The lid has a central name plate bearing the inscription 'AR to MB' (? the letters of each surname are difficult to read)
