A pearl double bladed folding pocket knife. Each blade is stamped 'T. W. Eaton Cutler Sheffield'. First reference found in a Trade Directory in 1846 as a Sheffield edge tool maker. It is pre-1852 as '&Co' was added after that date unless they later dropped the &Co but there is no record of this.
In excellent condition- no damage to the pearl and the spring action is strong in both blades.
