A decorated medieval brass thimble made in Nuremberg at the end of the 16th century. It has retained its gilt finish but has a small split on the rim. It has a band of decoration which look like a repeat of a leaf pattern and a there's a maker's mark at the start of the knurling.
Condition- Fair considering it's age.
