A glass ink well with a plated lid which is cork backed. It has shaped shoulders and is hand blown with a pontil mark on the base.

In excellent condition but with the copper showing through the silver plating. The ink stained bung is the original and is fixed in place by red sealing wax over the pin as is usual.
