A green shagreen case with silver mounts containing a pair of Georgian silver spectacles.
The eye glasses are hall marked on the bridge and on the ear pieces. The 'arms' telescope' and end in a ring shape. The marks are clear but as there is no town mark I can't be certain of the year but the most likely is London 1812. The case is unmarked but the same period.
The glasses and the case are in fine condition- undamaged.
The case measures 13 x 4 cm.
